  • Roasted Beet Salad- mixed greens topped with roasted beets, baby mozzarella, toasted pine nuts, grilled asparagus served with balsamic vinaigrette
  • Berry Salad- mixed greens topped with candied pecans, in season fresh berries, toasted coconut, Queso Fresco  ( can be without for Vegan guests)served with a raspberry poppy seed dressing
